
Start your Saturday morning with Yoga at Five Points Landing. In this 60 minute mat class we'll match breath to movement while building strength and increasing flexibility. When finished, make your way over to shop the farmer's market!
What to bring - your yoga mat. Not necessary but may support you - a towel or small blanket, yoga block and a strap. A limited amount of yoga mats, blankets and blocks will be available to borrow.
