In this 6 week program you will:
redefine self care
shift mindset around purpose and play
explore and implement self care habits that light you up
address physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual habits that help and hinder you from living your best life
give yourself permission to try new things, keep what works and ditch what doesn't
finally implement a sustainable self care routine doesn't feel like a chore but is life giving!
We will meet for 6 sessions over a 12 week period in person or via zoom. By meeting bi-weekly, you will have ample opportunity to 'try on' and implement different habits. Decide what works for you, where your challenges lie and what you'd like to change.
