This video will take you through 2 cycles of a warrior flow. Warrior flow is a foundational flow in a vinyasa based yoga practice. This is one that you can come back to time and again as you begin to build your personal practice.

Two things to note:

1: Be sure to have a nice warm up of child's pose, cat/cow, forward fold and seated twists before you begin.

2: There are many versions of warrior flow/dance. This is one option. So the next time you take a yoga class, you can expect the flow to be slightly different or to have additional postures added into the mix. Enjoy!
