Yoga Nidra is a state in which the body completely relaxes through guidance, much like a guided meditation. We begin with a physical body scan, starting from the feet and moving all the way up to the crown of the head. Once you are deeply relaxed, we will move our awareness inward, focusing on our energetic body system, also known as our chakras. I’ll explain and scan each chakra, balancing each one and focusing on positive intention to bring total energetic balance back into the body, mind and soul. The use of props will be encouraged as we want to be as relaxed and comfortable as possible. This class is for all levels, and is suitable for beginners.
Listen to your inner wisdom and intuition as you connect to your spirit guides in this vinyasa style class. You'll have the option to pick a spirit guide oracle card to assist you in your journey (this is optional and meant to be fun!). This class will be quicker paced, but centered around grace, balance, and flexibility. Connect to your body, mind and spirit, and maybe even your spirit guide. Enjoy a guided relaxation meditation and aromatherapy during your savasana, or final resting pose, as you release any tension or stress as you begin your weekend.
Creative Flow is all-levels vinyasa in a newly opened art gallery and photography studio. In this class, we’ll connect to our creativity by moving our bodies through yoga postures with a sense of play and dance-like movements. You’ll also be practicing amongst artwork created by local artists and have the opportunity to connect with other creatives in the community. **As we are practicing in an art studio and not a yoga studio, please be mindful about what you’ll need in your own personal practice. We will have some mats available, but if you have your own, or you usually practice with a block or strap, you may want to bring them along with you!**

This all-levels vinyasa class will bring out your yang, moving into a yin state of mind. The first half of the class, we use rhythmic, flowing repetition of movements that require strength and balance. The last half of the class utilizes longer held postures to target the connective tissues of the hips, quadriceps, pelvis and lower spine.
